Where are my downloads?
Sign in, then open Account → Downloads. Every purchase stays available for re-download forever.
Can I use this asset for a client?
Yes — every download includes an Extended Commercial License that covers client work. See the license page for details.
The file isn’t opening — what do I do?
Most files ship as SVG, AI, PSD or WOFF2. Make sure you’re using a compatible app (Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop or a modern browser). If the file is genuinely broken, email us for a replacement.
How do refunds work?
Digital sales are final, but if a file is broken or misrepresented, email us within 14 days and we’ll refund or replace it.
